Emotions come to us to reveal something that we needed to understand at that moment. Stop holding on, you do not own these emotions. Use it to your advantage and/or let go. Learn and move on.
What you don’t want is out of your control. Focus on what you want instead.
I have achieved all I have by first creating an image within. Holding on to that image intensively at all times until it burnt a mark onto my consciousness that reflected onto my identity. My identity solidified this image onto the physical plane using daily actions. The process was very difficult because emotions are the most powerful force in the universe.
A man was asked ‘every time you go on your trail runs, you always end up making right turns. What if you made a left turn?’
He asked ‘But would that not immediately lead me to where I just came from?’
‘No one is chasing you. If you don’t want to return hastily, then for what reason are you doing all this running for? You also always end up where you started anyway.’
Slow down and take the next left turn.
So I did
I had to go through a great period of dissonance. A constant shedding. To master your emotions is not to control them, but to learn to act in accordance with their flow, which is based on laws set forth by the source that conceived them. I am now drinking from this source, an ever-flowing river.
