Experience: Neuroplasticity and Epigenetics

Usually, it is hard to begin to become constantly aware of your thoughts and reactions to things outside you. But just like how you can train and grow your muscles. You have to gradually practice being fully aware. This becomes much easier with the slow deletion of the need to be stimulated, the need to feel alive, you are already alive. Becoming aware of the space that you are occupying in this universe requires you to tap into nothingness. Right now, you are breathing, thinking, and your heart is beating. You are being. You exist. Simple as this sounds, the constant realization of these facts is the beginning of you mastering your reality. Mastering your reality is the goal. Practicing constant awareness is the training needed to achieve this goal. To practice constant awareness is counterintuitive because it is trying not to do. How do you not do? You see, feel, hear, taste what is already happening without your control (or without the need for your control, i.e., you are not trying to breathe, you are breathing). This is the basis of knowing. These are the things that you know, because you can feel them as they happen. To know. Epigenetics = Transcending Time in the plane of evolution. Mutations seem to come faster than what you perceive within your current knowledge and belief capacity. Neuroplasticity is the brain’s ability to change its functions, usually in response to some kind of stimulus. It is a reorganization of neural connections, usually resulting in newer ways of understanding. We have spoken about the interconnectedness of everything. As above, so below. Things happening outside of you correlate to things happening within you. The stimuli are at work. Because now you are wondering. You are asking, to what extent is the activity going on within you responsible for what you experience outside of yourself? You have the answer; you just need the courage to let go. Let go of the fear and doubt. You need to shed this identity that you have allowed to be created for you to represent you, to receive the answer, because you know. Funny, you have to forget who you are to remember who you really are. Like I said, counterintuitive.
